Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Excel, Outlook, and other office management tools.
- Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events for staff and executives.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entries to support financial accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and supporting customer interactions in a courteous manner.
- Handle clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office supply inventory.
- Schedule freight order pick up and delivery
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse clients and team members.
