Warehouse Unloader – 1st Shift | $18/hr. Guaranteed + Incentives up to $21/hr.

· Pay: $18/hr. guaranteed, with the opportunity to earn up to $21/hr. through performance incentives
· 1st Shift: 4:00 AM until complete
· Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays as needed
· Location: 3131 S. Winton Rd., Rochester, NY
· Transportation: Rochester's bus line will not support this shift or location. Reliable transportation is necessary.

What You’ll Do:
This is not a desk job. You’ll stay moving, work as part of a warehouse team, unload trailers, break down and restack pallets, and handle freight weighing 25–80 lbs., with powered equipment used as needed.
· Unload tractor-trailers safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
· Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks as needed; training is provided
· Break down, sort, and restack pallets with accuracy and speed
· Move freight weighing 25–80 lbs. throughout the shift
· Work in warehouse temperatures ranging from -20°F to 110°F
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

· Can lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat throughout the workday
· Are comfortable handling 25–80 lb. cases and moving 50–200+ pallets daily
· Can hear and respond to speech, alarms, and safety alerts in moderate to loud environments
Requirements:
· Warehouse experience such as order picking or forklift operation is preferred, but not required
· Must be able to meet the physical demands of a highly active warehouse role throughout the workday
· Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
· Steel toe shoes/boots required
