We are looking to hire an energetic Optometry technician/front office member. The hours needed are M-Thurs 8:30am-4:30pm and every other Friday 8:30-noon. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. Duties include managing office flow, scheduling patients, insurance verification, keeping phone/text message system up to date, etc. Other duties include working closely with our off site billing company and licensed opticians. General knowledge of optical and medical billing/coding terminology is preferred. This is a privately owned one doctor practice with 6 employees. We have an onsite optical lab and specialize in custom eyeglasses. This eye clinic has served Northwest Arkansas residents over 78 years and is excited to add a new member to the team!
