Summary
As an Appliance Technician at Fred's Appliance, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through expert appliance repair and maintenance services. This position is essential to our mission of providing high-quality service and support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician
- Strong electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory.
