Duties include:
- Evaluate and treat patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve their
- daily living skills and achieve their goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and independence
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care educate patients and their families on strategies for managing their conditions and
maximizing their functional abilities
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professional boundaries
