Proliance's commercial division is hiring an experienced commercial roofing and siding estimator to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on estimating role for someone who already has real experience building commercial roofing and siding estimates - from takeoff through proposal. You don't need to be a 10+ year veteran, but you should be comfortable working independently and confident in your numbers.

What you'll be doing:
- Building proposals for commercial roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior systems
- Performing material and labor takeoffs across commercial property types
- Reviewing drawings, specs, and blueprints to produce accurate estimates
- Pricing commercial scopes and catching what tends to get missed
- Collaborating with sales and production for smooth handoffs
- Using Xactimate and AccuLynx - training provided, familiarity is a plus
What we're looking for:
- Real, hands-on commercial estimating experience - you've built estimates before, not just learned the theory
- Comfortable working independently with some guidance as you ramp up
- Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, mod-bit, metal) and siding/cladding
- Solid Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and able to hit deadlines
- Clear communicator - sales and production rely on your numbers
