Crew Member Responsibilities:
Customer Service Crew Member:
- Take and prepare guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly, fast, and welcoming service
- Ensure a clean and positive guest experience
Cook Crew Member:
- Prepare KFC’s world-famous chicken to quality standards
- Support teammates by ensuring product availability for orders
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
