WINTER HELP WANTED!!!!
It’s almost that time of the year again for the white gold! We are looking to fill several part time positions!!
- MUST BE AVAILABLE 24/7 during the winter season. Snow doesn’t wait and neither do we. It happens anytime you make plans so must be flexible that way. We can’t tell our customers to hold on. That’s the reality of it.
- Pay: Paid bi-weekly via check not cash. If you are quick and efficient you will climb the pay scale quickly. Time is money. Competitive wages.
We service several high demand customers. We are moving at 1” of snow, and get busier the more it accumulates! There are times we need to come in and do clean ups, scrape parking lots, move or relocate snow. We have some of the latest most up to date equipment in our area. We pride ourselves on being on time, clean, efficient, professional and safe!
Snow plow operators/drivers, & sidewalk tractor operators/shoveler
Part-time help as winter will be on its way!
Positions include:
- Pickups with v-plow
- Wheel loaders with pushers
- Backhoe loaders with pushers
- Compact tractor with snow blower & salter
Experience is preferred but not required.
Description:
-Truck-v plow operator:
Responsible for plowing commercial parking lots and residential driveways.
-Loader/backhoe operator:
Responsible for plowing commercial parking lots.
-Compact tractor/sidewalk crew:
Responsible for clearing sidewalks with tractor, shoveling areas that can’t be done with tractor and de-icing sidewalks.
-Hours:
It varies depending on the snow. The days can be very long. Sometimes short. It’s nights, weekends, holidays. Snow and ice is 24/7 we can’t tell our customers to wait. When it snows we go! We are moving snow at 1” of snow so we are going pretty frequently. We also relocate snow as needed out of lots and put down sand, salt & brine.
We are very team-oriented and take pride in what we do! You MUST hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. Our insurance requires this. They will run your license and check. Also, you must be at least 19 years of age. We will offer training to the right person. We will explain and demonstrate the equipment. Take you around on the routes to show obstacles and what is expected at each site. We are looking for highly motivated and detail oriented individuals to come expand with our team members!
