Venue: Dental Hygiene Convention at Gaylord National Resort Hotel
Event Dates: July 16-18, 2026 (Thursday–Saturday)
Compensation: $200 per day
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our on-site team at a major dental industry conference in Oxon Hill, MD. If you enjoy interacting with professionals, representing innovative brands, and being part of a fast-paced event environment, this opportunity may be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of our event crew, you’ll assist with:
- Engaging attendees and creating a welcoming booth presence
- Managing attendee movement and helping keep the booth organized
- Assisting with short-form video and behind-the-scenes content for social platforms
- Supporting the core team with general event tasks as needed
- Representing the brand in a polished and professional manner
- Setup and break down booth
Who We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident communicators
- Comfortable appearing on camera or assisting with filming
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance
- Prior experience at trade shows, conventions, or events is helpful but not required
- Experience with videography or social media content is a strong plus
Schedule Overview
- Thursday, July 16: 7 hours
- Friday, July 17: 8 hours
- Saturday, July 18: 7 hours
Final shift details will be shared closer to the event date.
Pay Details
- $200 per day
- Payment issued at the conclusion of each event day
