What You'll Do
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism, in person and on the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage a busy front desk with excellent attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with clients about care plans, billing, and next steps
- Work as part of a team committed to compassionate, top-tier client service
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for client care
- Prior veterinary experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep learning
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including Saturdays
