As a Crew Member, you'll be involved in many aspects of restaurant operations, from serving guests and assembling orders to stocking stations and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Every position plays an important role in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality throughout the restaurant.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in both guest service and restaurant operations while working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are exactly alike.

Restaurant experience is beneficial but not required. We provide training and support for individuals who are eager to learn and willing to put in the effort to succeed.

JOB DUTIES
- Assemble guest orders accurately while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Prepare bowls, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to company procedures
- Assist guests with menu questions and provide friendly service
- Accept and process in-person, drive-thru, online, and phone orders
- Keep serving lines stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Support kitchen operations through food preparation and station maintenance
- Follow established food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout guest and work areas
- Work together with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Complete opening, closing, and shift responsibilities
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory
- Contribute to a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred:
- Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food handling or food preparation experience
Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
