Ali’s Cookies – Bakery Operations Assistant
Location: East Cobb, GA
Ali’s Cookies is looking for a reliable, self-motivated team member to help support the daily operations of our busy bakery. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a small business environment where every day is different.
Responsibilities
- Open the bakery and prepare for daily operations
- Fulfill in-store, local, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Assist with dough making and other baking preparation as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Help keep the bakery clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Work independently during slower periods and collaboratively during busy times
- Assist with various day-to-day operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior bakery or food service experience required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks throughout the day
Schedule
- Minimum of 3 weekday shifts per week
- Opening shift: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Additional weekday and weekend hours available
- Flexibility to work extra shifts when needed is a plus
