About the Role
Our deli is currently grab-and-go only, so this position focuses on food prep and kitchen operations rather than direct customer service. We value efficiency, cleanliness, and teamwork just as much as a friendly, positive attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare grab-and-go deli items efficiently and consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Work collaboratively with a small team
- Manage time effectively to meet daily production needs
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- Support overall kitchen flow and quality control
What We’re Looking For
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Cooperative, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- High standards for cleanliness and efficiency
- Food service or kitchen experience preferred
- Familiarity with natural foods, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options
- A genuine interest in quality food and customer satisfaction
