As a Baker at Crumbl Cookies, you will assist in baking, decorating, and serving delicious cookies to our customers, ensuring a warm and friendly environment. You’ll uphold quality standards, provide excellent customer service, and keep the bakery clean and well-stocked.
Responsibilities:
- Learn how to mix dough, bake cookies and follow Crumbl’s recipes and standards.
- Decorate and package cookies with care and attention to detail.
- Greet customers, take orders, and handle card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and front-of-house areas.
- Stock ingredients and other supplies.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous baking or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends is a must.
