CNC Operator
Seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join our team in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art production environment. This role is equally suited to both male and female applicants.
Candidates will be responsible for the daily operation of CNC Chuckers and CNC Swiss screw machines, producing precision parts from metals and plastics in quantities ranging from 50 to 50,000 pieces. Much of our work involves tight tolerances and high repeatability, requiring focus, consistency, and care.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes, Chuckers, and Swiss screw machines
- Perform close tolerance machining to meet exacting specifications
- Follow production schedules and maintain quality standards
- Inspect parts using measuring tools to verify accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Previous CNC experience is preferred—but we will train the right candidate
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
