Outdoor maintenance –
use of a zero-turn lawn mower, general yard work including weed whacking and blowing off entry ways daily
Plumbing –
General repair and installation of sinks, toilets, hot water tanks
General Maintenance –
Installation and general maintenance of commercial and residential kitchen appliances including but not limited to stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, microwaves, and countertop steamers.
Basic knowledge of electricity: low, 110 and 220 volt
Check the condition of building roofs. (No roof repairs, just inspection)
- Check gutters and roof drains ensure they are free of leaves and debris for proper drainage
- Blow off any leaves and debris from roof on occasion
Trash collection
Pool maintenance –
Ability to learn how to test pool water.
Ability to learn how to trouble shoot large pool dehumidifiers.
Ability to learn how to inspect and service pool equipment.
Mechanical maintenance –
Able to trouble shoot commercial equipment.
Boiler maintenance
Knowledge and repair of HVAC units, heat pumps and self-contained units
Replacement of HVAC filters
Replacement of compressors and fans
Servicing cooling towers
Service and replace glycol system
Service and replace water pumps, glycol pumps and drive motors, rebuild if necessary
Generator inspection
Have the willingness to learn how to maintain the building and the equipment in excellent condition.
After Hours On Call
There is a rotating on call schedule for after hours emergencies, weekends, and holidays
