Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour (DOE & Qualifications)
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends

Horne Auto Group is seeking two dependable, detail-oriented Automotive Accounting & Office Clerks to support our dealership operations in Safford and Thatcher, Arizona. We are looking for professionals with dealership accounting or office administration experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
If you have experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashiering, office administration, or dealership accounting, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and payments
- Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) records and customer payments
- Handle cashiering duties and balance daily transactions
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- File and organize accounting and dealership documents
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks
- Support the accounting and office management teams
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting Clerk, Office Clerk, Bookkeeping, or Administrative Assistant roles preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is highly preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency; dealership management system experience is a plus
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
