Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes) as needed to support production.
- Conduct quality checks on completed parts, ensuring they meet GP&G Corp.’s specifications.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and work with the team to resolve them swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and other departments to improve machining processes and implement enhancements.
- Maintain equipment by organizing and conducting routine maintenance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup and quality inspection
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools.
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
