Gregg Construction is seeking a motivated and organized Selections / Design Coordinator to help guide homeowners through the material selection process during residential insurance restoration and remodeling projects.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in flooring sales, lighting & plumbing fixtures, paint, cabinetry, or other interior finish selections who enjoys working directly with clients and understands how design choices can impact construction, labor, timelines, and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Guide homeowners through material and finish selections for remodeling projects
- Assist clients in making timely decisions to keep projects on schedule
- Present and manage budgets for selections such as:
- Flooring
- Paint colors
- Lighting
- Plumbing fixtures
- Tile
- Cabinet hardware and more
- Understand how changing product types, sizes, or installation methods can affect labor costs and project outcomes
- Purchase selected materials and track deliveries/orders
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and vendors
- Maintain organized records of selections and budgets
- Process approximately 3–10 projects per week from selections through ordering
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales related to flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint, or interior finishes preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to confidently guide clients and keep decisions moving forward
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience with Xactimate and insurance TPA programs is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
