Overview On Pointe Leadership is expanding and looking for an independent B2B Sales Partner to identify and close new corporate accounts. This is a 100% commission, contract position for established sales professionals or independent reps.
We do not provide a base salary, nor do we limit your earning potential. We are looking for an experienced closer who can navigate complex corporate worlds and win business at the executive level.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial scouting and outreach through to contract execution.
- Connect directly with executives, VP-level buyers, and HR directors to understand their leadership gaps.
- Pitch and position OPL’s corporate leadership programs to organizations.
- Drive your own sales strategy and daily activity
What You Need to Succeed
- A proven track record in B2B sales, corporate consulting, or training solutions.
- Comfort speaking peer-to-peer with senior corporate decision-makers and HR leaders.
- The ability to produce high level results without daily oversight.
- An established network of corporate buyers or HR contacts is highly advantageous.
