NOW HIRING – Community Program Supervisor
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Field Supervisor to lead our outreach team for an organization that helps individuals and families apply for food assistance programs.
Work Areas: Queens, Brooklyn & the Bronx
Schedule: Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work hours vary depending on the daily schedule and assigned locations. Some days may start later than others, so flexibility is essential.
Responsibilities:
Travel between different work locations
Set up tents and ensure each site( 2) is ready before operations begin
Make sure the team is prepared and ready to start on time
Ensure all iPads are fully charged, updated, and functioning properly
Provide daily support, guidance, and leadership to the field team
Help maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
English and Spanish
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to motivate, coach, and support a team
Responsible, proactive, and dependable
Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between locations
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with shelters, community outreach programs, food pantries, SNAP, food assistance programs, social services, or similar organizations is a strong plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
