- You have 3+ years of experience managing residential or commercial construction projects from kick-off to client sign-off. Experience with larger and more complex projects is highly valued.
- You can read a program, spot a delay before it happens, and hold a subcontractor accountable without burning the relationship
- You treat variations like legal documents — nothing leaves the site without written sign-off
- You communicate clearly with clients and keep leadership informed without being asked to

Who is KCB Contracting and why we need great people
KCB Contracting is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor based in New River, Arizona (ROC #338654). We build metal buildings, handle full kitchen and bathroom remodels, masonry, pavers, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and more. We are growing — and we need a Project Manager who takes real ownership of projects so our leadership can focus on building the business, not managing every site from the inside. This role will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from residential remodels to large-scale commercial buildings and new construction projects, ensuring each project is delivered with excellence in schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction from start to finish.

- Financial ownership is a key part of this role — monitoring budgets, controlling costs, managing change orders, protecting margins, and helping ensure each project is completed profitably
- Leadership expectations include developing team members, leading subcontractors, resolving conflicts professionally, and creating a positive, accountable project environment
- Every variation captured, priced, presented in writing, and signed off before the work starts — no exceptions
- Clients receive proactive updates on schedule and budget; they are never surprised by a bill or a delay
- Safety is enforced on every site, including by subcontractors — zero OSHA violations
- JobTread is used daily as the central project management system. The Project Manager will maintain schedules, budgets, communication, documentation, change orders, and project tracking within JobTread so projects stay organized and information is always current.
