Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and expand business relationships with other organizations, driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. As a key player in our sales force, you will leverage your negotiation, communication, and business development skills to identify new prospects, nurture existing accounts, and close high-value deals. You will introduce local employers to ARCpoint’s full suite of services:
· Pre-employment drug testing
· Random drug & alcohol programs
· Post-offer & annual compliance testing
· Onsite/mobile testing programs
Duties
- Prospect, contact, and meet with local employers
- Build relationships with safety managers, HR directors, staffing agencies, and operations leaders
- Introduce ARCpoint’s employer testing and compliance programs
- Schedule demos, onsite visits, and quotes
- Generate new employer accounts
- Work closely with leadership to structure employer programs
- Attend industry networking events
- Manage your own book of business with full autonomy
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or related fields with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Strong business development abilities with a focus on expanding client portfolios.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
