Tsujita Artisan Noodle is a medium sized company looking to make its mark on Houston and bring an authentic Tsujita Noodle experience! We have locations in Japan, New Jersey, and soon Texas! Our goal is to organize a team that will represent the Tsujita Artisan Noodle brand in the Houston Market!

We currently need a Cook to prepare and cut food items according to recipes and orders in a kitchen environment. You will also be responsible for cleaning work stations and utensils, as well as filling in during service when necessary. As this position requires physical work, we expect you to be equipped with an excellent level of endurance, strength and manual dexterity. Effective communication skills are also essential for this role, especially with regards to working with chefs, kitchen managers and waiters.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory levels, using supplies like fresh produce, meat, poultry and fish. As well as following FIFO procedures
- Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils and equipment as necessary.
- Working within sanitary guidelines maintain kitchen areas in a clean and safe manner.
- Maintain an organized work station
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
