Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Infection Control

Key Responsibilities:
As the ADON with infection Control oversite, you will:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in managing and directing the Nursing Services Department
- Plan, Implement, evaluate, and maintain our Infection Control Program in compliance with CDC, OSHA, and State Guidelines
- Develop and update infection control policies, precautions, and aseptic techniques supported
- Participate in facility surveys and inspections
- Track and document nonsocomial infections and support infection investigations
- Report all required infectious diseases to appropriate government agencies
- Serve as an active member of the Infection Control Committee
- Assist with discharge planning for residents in isolation or on precautions
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Active RN License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in Healthcare
- At least 2 years of RN experience in long-term care, hospital, or related setting preferred
