We're seeking an Executive & Office Assistant to join our growing construction company.
We have 25 years of experience in business across four states.
The position is office-based in West Town, Chicago!
Requirements:
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
- Team player who works well with others
- Must be able to commute to the office
- English (both written and spoken) is a must
Compensation: $40k-$60k per year ( will depend on skills and experience)
Position Type: 1099 (as a subcontractor)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a personal assistant to the owner, managing schedules and tasks
- Provide administrative support to project managers & designers as needed
- Help manage office operations and documents as needed
- Front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls
