Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement and cost negotiation and analysis, strategic planning and relationship maintenance.
Duties
- Oversee and track the procurement process of warehouse equipment, ensuring adherence to management procedures and timely delivery to support operational needs.
- Responsible for supplier development, relationship maintenance, and commercial negotiations for large-scale procurement items such as forklifts, racking systems, consumables, and electronic equipment, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational needs.
- Manage General Liability insurance for warehouses, including renewals, cancellations, policy updates, new acquisitions, and claims.
Skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of procurement and equipment management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
