Growing company in the home building industry is looking for a sales representative to cover We are currently looking to add an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Representative (RSR) to our team in the New England/Mid-Atlantic region. The Regional Sales Representative will create, build, and manage all aspects of sales efforts in their targeted area. They will develop strong, positive client relationships and create, build and maintain an active prospect list including builders, architects and direct clients (home owners) The RSR will continually utilize CRM tools to document the client journey and create follow-up tasks based on efforts with clients.
Requirements:
- Create a pipeline of qualified opportunities and develop strategies to move those opportunities into a design agreement through to delivery.
- Assist the client in achieving a balance between their functional desires, aesthetic desires, financial constraints and scheduling desires.
- Work to maintain a contractual timeline with minimal delays to delivery.
- Identify target territories, identify Independent Selling Partner (ISP) candidates and recruit and train ISPs within their assigned territories.
- Continually achieve revenue objectives and ISP sales objectives within the assigned territory while controlling expenses.
- Work productively with other team members and be willing to help team members in a courteous & respectful manner.
- Effectively perform various administrative tasks assigned.
Job Location:
- Remote. Candidate should reside anywhere within their territory with the ability to travel frequently.
Territory includes the states of ME, VT, NH, CT, MA, RI, NY, PA, NJ, MD, DE, WV.
