Manage warehouse operations including receiving, labeling, put-away, and order fulfillment.
Oversee customer product returns, warranty processing, and freight claims—file and report shortages, damages, and incorrect shipments. Coordinate with purchasing, vendors, and accounting to reconcile invoices. Run reports to track picking and receiving accuracy.
Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and order pickers.
Manage delivery operations and company vehicles: review manifests, inspect trucks, ensure correct items and routes, monitor driver performance, and maintain maintenance schedules.
Assist with staffing support, cross-training, and team development as needed.
Support customer service at the branch, including answering phones, assisting at the counter, and helping contractors.
