As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven, dynamic, and customer-obsessed Assistant Spa Manager to help lead our Elmhurst location to the next level.
About the Role
This is not your average front desk job. As our Assistant Spa Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role in daily operations, patient experience, and team support. You'll be the go-to person for solving problems, organizing the flow of the clinic, and helping the team meet their goals. This position is part-time with the opportunity to grow into full time during busy season and requires availability every Saturday and Monday, with additional evening shifts as needed (approx. 20–25 hours/week).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of a thriving medspa
- Payroll
- Deliver exceptional service by supporting patient experience from check-in to follow-up
- Check patients in and out and handle payments
- Support the Spa Manager in executing sales goals and staff performance objectives
- Be hands-on with training, scheduling, and daily team communication
- Manage inventory and help ensure the spa is fully stocked and operating smoothly
- Collaborate on social media, influencer campaigns, and promotional events
- Assist in preparing, verifying, and submitting employee hours for payroll—ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Help handle any escalated patient concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Step into leadership responsibilities when the Spa Manager is off-site
- Keep operations aligned with company protocols, policies, and aesthetics standards
- Attending monthly events with a table
What You Bring to the Team:
- 1–2 years of experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or spa industry
- Must have sales experience
- Prior leadership or assistant management experience strongly preferred
- Polished, professional, and personable demeanor
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Comfortable using spa software, scheduling platforms, and POS systems
- Natural problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude
- Skincare or treatment knowledge is a plus
- Aesthetics or nursing license a bonus, but not required
- Must be dependable, organized, and excited to grow with a high-performing teamWhat We Offer:

Must-Haves:
