Come Join Us! We are looking to add a full time (Tuesday - Saturday, 35+ hours/week) and part time (Tuesday - Saturday, 15+ hours) role in the Apparel department at Elk River Harley. Experience not required, Training provided.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service at every transaction
- Develop relationships with customers so their experience is second to none
- Gain product knowledge & share with customers to properly answer questions and assist them in identifying and selecting Motorclothes fashion apparel and riding gear that they might need or enjoy
- Actively solicit sales and suggest complementary products that will fulfill the customer wants and needs
- Merchandise and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of counters, displays, shelves, bins, and customer contact area by following good housekeeping procedures
- Handle customer communication regarding returns and/or problems with orders, return authorizations and maintain related records
- Handle cash & card transactions and maintain loss prevention
- Stock merchandise- Stock, replenish, hang, fold, display setup
- Working Tuesday-Saturday, including some holidays.

- Cashier/cash handling and data entry experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership
- Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolong standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, climbing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must have weekend availability
- All qualified candidates must meet drug test screening and background check
