```Duties```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum for the classroom
- Provide support in literacy education and promote early childhood literacy skills
- Assist in the development of age-appropriate curriculum and learning materials
- Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Educate and support children with autism or other special needs, working closely with the lead teacher and therapists
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions
- Provide care and support for toddlers, including diapering, feeding, and engaging in age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
```Experience```
- Previous experience in early childhood education or related field preferred
- Knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development for young children
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Experience working with children with autism or other special needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
