Position Title: Delivery Driver
Department: Fulfillment / Logistics
Reports To: Fulfillment Manager
Position Summary
The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of product to customers while representing the company professionally at all times. This role includes route execution, vehicle care, payment/check collection when applicable, delivery paperwork, and communication with the fulfillment team regarding any issues in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders accurately and on time according to the daily route schedule
- Verify orders against manifests, invoices, and delivery paperwork before departure
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Maintain clear communication with fulfillment regarding delays, discrepancies, returns, or customer issues
- Collect checks, cash, signatures, and other required documents when applicable
- Ensure all returned product, paperwork, and payments are properly handed off at the end of the route
- Follow all company procedures for chain of custody, product handling, and delivery documentation
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report maintenance or safety issues immediately
- Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Represent the company professionally with dispensaries, vendors, and customers
- Support route adjustments or special deliveries as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive vans and small box trucks safely and confidently for long periods of at a time (12+ hours)
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift and move boxes/product repeatedly throughout the day
- Ability to follow detailed delivery, documentation, and cash/check handling procedures
- Previous delivery, logistics, warehouse, or route driving experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and load/unload throughout the day
- Ability to spend extended periods driving

Pay: $22.00 per hour
