About the Job:
NECIC Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a second-shift manufacturing opportunity with a local metal stamping company in the Mansfield area. This position offers steady hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term growth potential in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Press Operation
- Assembly
- Finishing Work
- E-Coat Processes
- Robotic Welding
- Repair Welding
What You Will Do:
- Operate press equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform assembly and finishing work on manufactured parts
- Assist with E-coat processes
- Operate robotic welding equipment
- Perform repair welding as needed
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Skills:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What You Need:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Must pass a background check. A clear background is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a metal stamping or manufacturing environment
- Experience with press operation, assembly, finishing work, E-coat processes, robotic welding, or repair welding
- Commitment to quality and workplace safety

Duties
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and transportation of materials and finished products within the manufacturing area
- Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols to support production workflows
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment functions correctly and safely
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to maintain a safe working environment
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, moving materials or components as required by production needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
- Follow all safety standards in production, including proper handling of hazardous materials when applicable
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand machinery operation and troubleshooting
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on environment is preferred but not required
- Strong commitment to safety standards, including the use of PPE at all times
- Knowledge of GMP practices and safety regulations in production environments is a plus
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
