Duties
- Perform electrolysis hair removal procedures with precision, ensuring client comfort and safety.
- Conduct laser hair removal and other esthetic laser treatments using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Provide skin care consultations, recommending appropriate treatments like hair removal & skin treatments
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and follow all health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Utilize salon management software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
- Offer exceptional customer service by guiding clients through treatment options, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to support ongoing client care and business growth.
Experience
- Licensing for electrolysis is required.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and customer service excellence is essential for building lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of salon software systems such as phorest or similar platforms for appointment management is preferred.
- Certification in sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations ensures a safe treatment environment.
- Certificate in laser or licensed in esthetics would be a bonus but not required.
