Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities
- Physically track stock levels, update records, and ensure accuracy across all warehouse activities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other equipment
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and load & unload procedures
- Maintain accurate data entry for shipping & receiving logs, inventory counts, and order details
- Conduct stock replenishment by stocking shelves, organizing products, and managing inventory levels
- Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met for e-commerce orders
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency in order fulfillment
Experience
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, picking & packing, shipping & receiving
- Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and handling measurements confidently
- Experience operating forklifts or reach trucks with proper certification is a plus
- People skills to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
