Taller establecido en Hawthorne busca bodyman o prepper con experiencia para reparaciones ligeras y medianas — SIN golpes fuertes, SIN trabajo de frame/chasis. Preparar el vehículo completo hasta la cabina de pintura. Pago fijo semanal garantizado: $1,300–$1,500/semana según experiencia, trabajo estable todo el año. We are a busy, established collision shop (4.9★, 180+ Google reviews, I-CAR certified, DRP work from major insurance carriers) looking for a Body Technician or experienced Prepper to handle a steady flow of light-to-medium repairs.
What the job IS:
Small and medium repairs: bumpers, fenders, doors, quarters, hoods
Dent repair, panel replacement, plastic repair
Full vehicle prep from teardown to paint booth: body work, filler, block sanding, priming, masking
You deliver the car to the booth 100% ready for paint
What the job is NOT:
❌ No heavy hits
❌ No frame machine / structural work
❌ No welding-intensive structural jobs
Two ways to qualify:
1. Body Tech — you handle light body repairs start to finish and hand off a paint-ready vehicle
2. Prepper — you fully prep vehicles for paint AND can handle small body repairs on your own
What we offer:
Guaranteed weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500/week depending on experience (stable pay — no slow-week flat rate rollercoaster)
Performance bonus available for high output
Consistent, year-round workflow from insurance DRP programs
13,000 sq. ft. facility, heated downdraft spray booth, modern equipment
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Requirements:
3+ years hands-on body shop experience
Own basic hand tools
Quality-focused: no comebacks, no redos
