We’re opening a new fine dining restaurant on beautiful North Captiva Island, a hidden barrier island known for its pristine beaches, golf cart paths, unforgettable sunsets, and laid-back coastal luxury. Accessible only by boat or small aircraft, North Captiva offers a one of a kind lifestyle for hospitality professionals who want more than just another restaurant job!
We are seeking polished, energetic, hospitality driven Servers to join our opening team and help create an exceptional dining experience in an upscale island setting.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver refined, attentive, and personalized service to guests
- Guide guests through seasonal menus, wine selections, cocktails, and chef features
- Create memorable dining experiences with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain expert knowledge of menu ingredients, preparation techniques, and beverage pairings
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Uphold elevated standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest care
What We’re Looking For
- Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred (2years)
- Strong wine, cocktail, and food knowledge is a plus
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Positive attitude with genuine hospitality instincts
- Ability to adapt to island living and seasonal business flow
