Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Execute specialized floor care procedures such as carpet cleaning and waxing to preserve flooring quality.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated spaces with attention to detail.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling cleaning routines for optimal efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, including janitorial or custodial roles.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or housekeeper management is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of cooking is desirable but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated.
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or specialized floor care is advantageous.
