Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, market share, and calendar.
- Lead the planning, setup, and management of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
- Oversee website management using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Utilize SEO tools and techniques to improve organic search rankings through keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO practices
- Manage social media marketing initiatives including content creation, social media management, and targeted advertising campaigns
- Implement conversion optimization tactics to increase lead generation and sales through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and performance marketing strategies
- Analyze web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives
- Coordinate email marketing efforts with marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and engage customers effectively
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce compelling visual content for campaigns
- Conduct web analytics reporting to track KPIs such as traffic sources, bounce rates, conversions, and ROI of paid search marketing efforts
- Stay abreast of industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, paid search marketing, and e-commerce to continuously innovate strategies

Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization techniques and digital marketing campaign setup
- Expertise in social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and social media management tools
- Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website management and performance enhancements
- Skilled in content creation, copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), and content management systems such as WordPress
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools for targeted outreach campaigns
- Knowledge of SEM strategies including paid search marketing and keyword research methodologies
- Ability to analyze data sets for insights that inform strategic decisions in performance marketing and web analytics reporting
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales funnels to optimize customer journeys
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
