Gentry Service Group is hiring a motivated Unlicensed Electrician Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some electrical experience (or a strong desire to learn) who wants paid training, steady work, and a clear path to grow into a licensed electrician.

Schedule Monday - Friday, full-time (Some flexibility and occasional overtime based on project needs)
What You'll Do
-
Work side-by-side with our Lead Electrician on residential retrofit projects (the majority of the work)

Install air conditioner and heat pump disconnects

Run new circuits for gas furnaces and air handlers

Assist with panel replacements and generator installations

Help with miscellaneous electrical projects for residential and light commercial customers

Learn best practices while delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
What You Need

Ability to physically perform all job functions related to electrical installation

Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Good communication skills and ability to work well with others

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice-to-Haves
-
1-3 years of experience in the electrical field

Knowledge of generators and electrical panel upgrades

Professional, energetic, and well-organized
