Hourly pay + overtime after 40 hours
First Shift Hours
Some required weekends
Average 45-55 hours per week
Full-time, year-round work
Local routes – home every day

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct and supervise D.E.F. operations teams including drivers and service technicians
Manage day-to-day D.E.F. production, petroleum delivery, tank installations, and service operations
Establish departmental goals, operational standards, and performance expectations
Coordinate staffing levels and workforce planning to meet seasonal demand
Recruit, train, coach, and develop operational employees
Conduct performance evaluations and identify development opportunities
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and service excellence
Coordinate communication across field teams, office staff, and customers
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Hazmat Endorsement (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Tanker Endorsement (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Aboveground Tank System Installer State Certification (will assist you to obtain)
