The Role:
Par 3 Newport is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic hospitality associates who are passionate about providing a top-tier guest experience. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a world-class beverage experience. You will create and serve a variety of innovative drinks, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and provide exceptional service to every guest. Your role is vital in setting the tone for an enjoyable and memorable visit.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a seamless guest experience.
- Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned.
Key Skills/Competencies:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and navigate different areas of the venue.
- Capacity to lift and move light to moderate weights as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
