Bobby Cox Companies, Inc. is a dynamic family restaurant operation that includes Rosa’s Café, Texas Burger, Taco Villa, and several supporting businesses throughout Texas. We are looking fortechnicians who are new to the field and are looking to start with a company they can grow with. We have an in-house maintenance team that performs service repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment replacements for all Bobby Cox Companies locations. As a PM & Junior Technician you would be responsible for the preventive maintenance and scheduled upkeep on various restaurant-related equipment for all Midland/Odessa and surrounding locations. Minimal experience is okay
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures of exterior and interior restaurant equipment, air conditioning & heating equipment - including the changing of filters and cleaning of condensers and coils. May also include basic carpentry and plumbing repairs.
- Troubleshoots, resolves and repairs basic issues with various restaurant equipment.
- Assists in installation of new food service & refrigeration when required, in accordance with company safety procedures and follows safety protocols.
- Prioritize assigned service calls to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
- Always maintain strong customer relations and thorough communication with management and restaurant personnel.
- Maintains a neat and orderly truck along with accurate part and tool inventory.
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License (required)
- US work authorization (required)
- Drug screening (required)
- EPA certification (preferred)
