What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate department managers
- Drive performance across sales, service, and operations
- Monitor financials and improve profitability
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and the community
- Set goals, track results, and keep the dealership running at its best
What You Bring
- 2+ years of leadership in automotive (GM, Sales, Finance, or Service)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Business and financial acumen
- A passion for leadership and customer service
