POSITION DUTIES: Lead, organize, and control sales in volume, invoicing, profitability, business continuity and service in Americas, Caribbean, and lead national accounts. Leverage textile design background and knowledge of textile products and production techniques to provide customers a qualified product for their specific market. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with design, sourcing, and production departments to facilitate growth within these departments and associated client accounts, Drive sales and internal efficiencies through forecast planning with customers, communicating production needs to planning departments, utilizing expertise to generate findings and recommendations to drive changes in products and services and policy by carefully evaluating results and competitive developments, Maintain and manage agreed upon operational KPIs like sales growth, stock levels, and on time delivery for each assigned and managed account.
