Job Summary
This position will initially serve as a route technician. The ideal candidate will commence their tenure by accompanying the lead technician for the initial few weeks, during which they will acquire the necessary skills to maintain and properly service pools and spas. Additionally, the candidate will fain proficiency in performing major and minor repairs on pool equipment, plumbing, electrical systems and lightning fixtures. The selected candidate will acquire the requisite experience within a few weeks, enabling them to transition into a fully independent role.
This position demands significant overtime, so the ideal candidate must be adaptable and maintain the work ethic we strive for. As a team, we’re like a family, so teamwork is essential. Punctuality is crucial, as we expect out employees to arrive on time every day. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to go the extra mile and maintain a positive attitude, even when challenges arise on the job sites. Excellent customers service and communication skills are also vital.
