Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and properly stored.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the needs of the facility.
