We are seeking a skilled and dynamic F&I Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, customer relationship management, and dealership operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of financing and insurance for vehicle purchases
- Conduct credit analysis and secure financing for customers
- Prepare and review loan contracts with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process
- Upsell additional financial products and services
- Negotiate terms with financial institutions on behalf of customers
Skills
- Proficient in credit analysis and loan processing
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Experience in financial services or dealership finance operations
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and financial institutions
- Knowledge of upselling techniques in the automotive industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
