We are looking for a candidate willing to train as a fresh flower order picker/packer. This position involves working at a flower packing station, retrieving flowers from walk-in refrigerated coolers, and packing and labeling boxes for delivery. Candidates must be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs while working in and out of refrigerated stock rooms. Strong English communication and reading skills are required.
Hours
- Sunday Morning: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Sunday Night: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (flexibility required)
- Monday Night: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Tuesday Night: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Wednesday Night: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Days off: Thursday evening, Friday, and Saturday evening until Sunday at 12:00 AM.
Compensation
This is an entry-level position starting at $19.00 per hour during the training period. As employees gain experience, improve speed, accuracy, and overall efficiency, pay increases over time. Strong performers can earn up to $25.00 per hour based on productivity and performance.
